"The feedback from our Senior Managers and Vice-presidents has been excellent. As a result they are now able to present with even greater professionalism and impact. This reflects very positively on both themselves and our organisation."

When you have an important speech or presentation to make, Paul (author of the book Perfect Public Speaking) will work with you on a one-to-one basis to ensure you achieve your best performance. Coaching is given around developing your content, delivery and overcoming anxiety.

Pauls Top Four Tips
For Effective Presentations:

1. Begin with the end in mind.
Prepare your conclusion before preparing the rest of your content. This will give you greater clarity and focus

2. Ask yourself, 'who is my audience and what are their needs?'
This will help you tailor your message accordingly.

3. Remember, you tell the story - not your slides.
If you use slides, ask yourself 'what value do I bring to this presentation, that people couldn't get from just reading a set of handouts?'

4. With every key point you make, remember to answer the 'so what?' question.
This will help you clarify what content you need to include in your presentation and whether it is relevant or not.
